Ok so i have a plan. Andy is delivering my M325 to the bay in November. For those up for a rd trip i have a place you can stay (up to 4 & the floor) and i promise to get the M3 out. Forgot the date but think its the 2nd wkend of Nov. Option 2 could be an overnight in the bay and on to Manfield for the E30 series.

Nice work Nick. That was a fantastic day and by far the best E30 M3 drive i have had in the two years we've owned it. No pictures of the flames After a bit of sideways action and the M3 seeing nearly 200 it did get a good tooth brushing yesterday. To be fair Jock i don't get the commie out for just anyone ha hopefully next time your in the bay its not raining. Maybe it will get an outing for the A1 GP. Letting you drive the E30 M3 bahahahaha bless it was a nice try nick
  4. That was a one time thing homo and only applied to you
  5. Nice, was it time for baby friendly transport
  6. By far my favourite E30 M3 Vid
  7. F--k yes. In town next weekend its only right that Lime bar gets a visit. Sorry Josh ya have to make a trip south for M5 action
  8. A bit disappointing, but i'll take one in black please
  9. Havent had my weekend with the M5 yet but looking forward to it. You'll know when i have it you will hear it fly through Clive. Yep i did think it was a bit light when ya launched it but i forgave it It was hard to get the power down off the line and the traction control just seemed confused. On top of that the cup holder for the driver was arse. Other than that it was sooooo much fun.
  10. Ha thats so funny, I only that gave that car back to Jeff Greys 2 days ago. They borrowed the E30 M3 for a show and gave me the 335 for 5 days. I totally want that car. It was sooooo bloody quick. Best bit though is i get to spend some time with an M5. As a side note the team at Jeff Greys are by far the best i have dealt with.
  11. Hell yes havent had a bad meet there yet
  12. We've been sending the E30 M3 to Jeff Greys they seem to love the old stuff. They have sourced cheaper parts for me also. There's also Autowerks in Havelock North they've done some work for us and seem ok. When the sun returns to the bay holla we can head out for a blast in the toys

    Full respray Q's

Would recommend getting the whole car painted. Strip it down yourself and reassemble to save the $$ the beaters charge for doing what is bloody easy. I ended up replacing panels (door, boot, bonnet and sunroof) so didn't see the point in not painting the rest. At the time i paid $4500 for a paint job im pretty happy with and that included removing some rust from the sunroof tracks, rust around the rear lights and under the bonnet, sealing the whole car and painting. Would have been approx $6k - 6.5k if they had to strip it and reassemble.
  19. Welcome aboard. On the shore there's Bavarian Motors in Glenfield and Bella's off Constellation Dr. Both are pretty good
  20. Had the same problem and it turned out that the boot light was staying on. Just adjusted the boot latch so it pulled the boot back down. Ernst also suggested that it could be the power windows or central lock auxiliarys not shutting off.
  21. Good one, that would make two of you that found partners at Bavarian Im with ya on the Ray front. Get all my stuff from him just wish he would sell me some of the rims he has stashed what da say ray Alpina's? RS's?
  22. Havent got around to buying yet so still running standard M Tech. Talked to Gus about this in some depth and given that my car spends most of its time on the road (not track) will most likely start with new shocks and leave the M Tech springs. I want the car to be comfortable round town but if its too soft will change to H & R's Thats a good price for the Bilstiens
  23. When i looked into for the M325 the H&R sports give a 35mm drop on the M Tech springs. Where did ya get the Bilstien sport shocks from shox.com? Still need to sort the suspension for the M325 would be interested to know cost
