Yeah, its best to search around man, i took about 6 months to find my one, it was worth it cause its faultless apart from a light out for the clock and some glue coming off the door card.. Very easy to fix.

My mum's got an e46 325 and its very nice, i really like it, but obviously the 330 is the better chioce if money is not an option. If it were me i'd sacrifice the 330 to get a 325 with an M kit, but if you were going to get either with a kit anyway then definitely the 330. Thats just my opinion, im sure there will be some people who can point out the more finer features.
