I took Dutchy (bmrmad) up on his offer, advertised here. And had four wheels shipped to Chch, for FREE!!!. And they were about to bring them to Greymouth, but my GF picked them up for me. All i can say is LEGEND. Firstly, my sister dropped them off in the weekend, so she didnt need to run around on a work day, and secondly he was always in contact with me. So abit of researching says, VW corrado steelies are 15*6/6.5 et35. Would be perfect for widening. Possibly some old Audi steelies to. You want atleast 15" steelies if your going to widen them. Your cars such a clean slate its got me on photoshop Or a little of the rat rod theme: E: Those steelies probably look closer to 16/17", but you get the idea.

Just get them done custom. No idea how wide you can go, but you wouldnt want to go any wider than a 3-4 inch lip. You'd also want the suspension set up for the look. Think gaurd sitting just above tyre wall, with stiff suspension, so there's no gaurd rub. I wouldn't take this decision lightly, as I'm finding out. Offset and height are key to achieveing the look.
