Hey I'm trying to get Skype working on a laptop, but it says the microphone (inbuilt) is to quiet. How do I turn the sensitivity up? Have searched the net, seems to be alot of problems with Vista and microphones. Thanks Antony.

I've got a 731 head on a 2.7 block. Unsure of it's year, but I was of the understanding that my compression ratio would be 10.1:1, the same as a 320i? Compression is really good none the less, although unsure of figures. I'm using a chip and 273/273 catcam from england.

Still needs euro plates/interior/bushes/panel/paint/bigger rear spacers/exhaust......list goes on........LSD/coil overs/MS/super charger/ITBs Its an ongoing project, and its good just to have it back on the road . And now I've got a good base to work with.

Got some better pics in Bluff yesterday. Cant find my camera cord tho ~et 20 at the front, and ~et30 at the rear. I really want to go to a wider spacer at the back, kind of looks odd at the moment. Needs a lil' gaurd work first tho. Have about 4mm clearanceto the strut Don't think they're the right style to go gold Originally I had no spoiler, but put the lil' one on to fill the holes but really like the look. The bigger spoiler is in my garage. Couldn't justify going to a skinnier tyre, do to much open road driving on amazing roads, its a sin at the moment to go to 215 on a 9" wheel. But I like the stretch look, cant see it as good in those photo's. I'll try get them photo's up tomorrow. Thanks for the comments. Antony.

I've got some recaro SRII's that I'm about to fit into my e30. Later I'll be looking to have them leathered/sueded. The guys at home get there work done by the local Saddlery (quite cheap apparently), so I'll be hitting them up. Maybe an idea?

I am a HUGE fan of gold wheels on black e30's. I'll have gold bottle caps soon. May even look into gold centres for my 16x9's.

Mine was the thermostat, one of the 'arms' was broken and it was stuck open. $91 later and its all fixed.
