  1. Build it to the e30 race series specification. Because I'm sure eventually you'll want to race against others.
  2. A 350 in it would be awesome.
  3. Not a fan of M3 kits on non-M3's. Well not on the e30 shape.
  4. Hey My friend is after some professional tints for her e36, and I was just wondering where the best/cheapest place to get them in Dunedin is? Thanks Antony.

  19. Thanks guys. I'm asking on behalf of a friend, I don't know that much about the 'newer' 3 series I've pretty much given you guys all the information on the wheels I have, in the picture they don't look to be any wider than 8". I don't personally like them that much, but I told her to look for wheels that she likes. trademe
  20. As per title, will 18" e46 wheels fit an e36? Have asked questions about offset, but seller doesn't seem to have a clue. Has nothing nothing about width, but they have 225/40/18 tyres. Thanks Antony.
  21. Probably to tow his caravan, after he sold his house in 1999 to buy it.

    Truckies protest

Well... <disclaimer: I only read parts of this thread> During my Uni holidays I work for a roading contractor. I have just finished a 60 hour week, with the option of working all weekend (they work 12 days on, 2 days off, on the big jobs). It would be fair to say that none of my co-workers are sitting on a healthy nest egg, as mentioned earlier. The (former) owner of the business is a family friend, and he has just sold it. He is sitting on jupiter, (but has gone through hell to get there). It is not about the road user charges going up, it is about the lack of notice. As said, so they can exploit it and stock up on RUC's. But why not, they were promised this notice. And these guys come from the New Zealand of old, so are naturally a bit pissed off with there broken promise. Also with other things happening in our government, like this PC bullsh!t (e.g, anti-bullying badges and pamphlets, 1/2 billion dollar pay out to the Maoris). So this is not just about the RUC's, it's a long time coming, its the voice of the nation. And for or against the RUC's going up, you have to be behind the truckies for that reason. Unless your a Green MP. Probably all been said before.
