If I could, I would run these tyres. Offset of the new rims won't allow it though

$1 NO RES Kelleners K Designs - here's your chance
Mikal replied to Filx's topic in TradeMe discussions
Very cheap, was planning to spend much more than that for these but bought different rims on friday... Damn my impatience! -
Tempting, but I already have some 235s that will go on the rears, just need 225s for the fronts. Cheers for the offer though
-
The new rims I bought came with 245s on the rear which is far too big for the 36. They are triangle tyres hence the low price but have never been driven on and still have the coloured lines. Or I will trade for some 225s in good condition. Will post pics tonight.

Want to swap BBS RG 18" 8' front 9' rear from E36 M3
Mikal replied to swordfish's topic in Want to buy
I saw a pic in a Northland newspaper a few weeks back of a red E34 with 17" schnitzers on it... The E34 was on fire but the rims still might be good. Try all the wreckers north of Whangarei maybe -
Yep same steering wheel as my 99 328i (e36) it has airbag.

What direction did they go when they pulled out of the drive way?
-
Unplugged it and went for drive to mcds. Sounds much nicer at low revs than it used to. Definitely worth my 10secs of time. Didn't notice any difference with throttle response but was only cruising so might need a proper drive to feel anything.

Always wondered about the butterfly in my exhaust and did a search to see if I could find out at what RPM it opens, found alot of threads about unplugging the vacuum to the butterfly and replacing it with a golf tee. Makes the car a little louder at idle and low revs Anyone done this? Or any reasons not to do it? More info here... Golf tee mod

Pre-facelift kidneys -
I didn't see any posts prior to the clean up so maybe I missed something but from what I can see this thread is Heino asking for someone to help him out with making his car legal. How is this condoning illegal modifications? I know Heino has been looking at lifting the ride height up for a while now. But now he urgently needs the springs swapped and wants it to be done for cheap. Who doesn't want a good deal when getting work done on their car?
-
I don't see how it's a sob story, all he wants is for someone to give him a good deal on a spring swap. Give Johno a call Heino, he swapped mine over for a good price.

What did the acid dip cost you Lucan?
-
We have a yellow and a blue left, otherwise we may need to get some more made up... You want yellow for the M3 Greg?
-
You want one too Josh? Pjay still has a couple stickers left over
-
Haha A few of us Auckland e36 coupe guys made stickers and put them on our cars for a bimmersport meet a while back (36 mafia like in my sig) I'm sure we could get you one too if you want
