Beautiful E30 M3 on Parnell Rise today ( pics)
Hi-Tek replied to philwalter's topic in General Discussion
That was what the Evo2s came with standard, that and the white ///M stripe cam cover and intake, plus some other sweet engine mods. Nice car and as Wayne has mentioned, has just had a full bare metal respray from Precision Autowerk on the North Shore. It was for sale not so long ago, just after the full respray, not sure if it has a new owner or not. -
Will this fit my 1989 E30?

There's a set for sale here from Markus, aka Mr BBS himself http://www.bmwm3shop.de/main.php?site=home&mid=3 Look under rims section.

I've seen some good candidates on this board.

Jesus that's ugly. I wouldn't drive that if it was given to me ( I'd certainly sell it though )

Very very cool, those Scandinavians are f@#king mental with the crazy builds and detail they go into. I've bought a few DVDs from http://www.gatebil.no/index.php?language=gb Gatebil ( Street Car in Norweigian ) if you guys are looking for sweet DVDs then these guys are worth a look in, they ship to New Zealand too, not overly expensive to get a DVD landed here.

I like the CHs better mate, personally I don't like anything above 18" on the E30s and E36s Also I think you must be confusing BBS LMs with another wheel
-
The M Tech 2 wheels are cheaper than that brand new from BMW. Had thought about replacing my one with a new one but will go the Sport Evo suede option, me thinks... that dude is dreaming.

Here's a couple of pics from the Nurburgring, I was there for 4 nights (the last weekend of August) all I can say is wow! Our hotel was right beside the track in Adenau. There was a large turnout of E30 M3 owners from s14power.com. I got a few laps in a couple of E30 M3s both modified 2.5l with cages etc and 3 laps in a caged 120i. We drove to Munich from Nurburg to the BMW Museum stopping at Hockenhiem along the way. I've got about 600 photos, I think I'll have to post a CD of all the photos to Josh (hybrid) and he can sort through them and post the good ones Nurburgring car park Ouch!, a car from Norway after a few laps, he ended up parking in the car park tying a rope from the car to a tree and trying to pull out the damage by dropping the clutch One of 300 or so I took at the BMW Museum in Munich

New BMW World (Germany) opened 21/7/08 - heaps of Pix

I was there 2 days ago, wow the Museum is something else. Will post pictures in the 'Showroom' soon. And will add the Nurburgring pics too. -
I'll pass on some more hate Miles I think it hasn't been done well enough to pass as an M3, but it's gone so far as to ruin what I'm sure used to be a perfectly good M325. Personally I think it looks hideous and wouldn't drive it if it was given to me.

Here's some photos of the Ferrari Museum, as I said in an earlier post it was pretty sh*t compared to the Lamborghini Factory and Museum.
