Hehehe it can also be proved that even if northland does have these so-called 'parking wardens,' they dont do much. An aquaintance of ours was away for the weekend and we had access to her car keys, so we thought it would be funny to test the patience of the 180 minute parking spaces outside her place. After two days the car was still there. No tickets in sight. And two days is quite a few 180 minutes.
