also - good mod is meant to be a brake bar from an e34 as it's slightly thicker and e30 brakes generally suck anyway

agreed ^^^^ just picking. they're excellent and faster than most. awesome you targa'd one nearly stock. MUCH faster in the loose stuff too i image still - nothing like coming outta a roundabout sideways =)

i had similar issues back in the day and it was problems with the crank angle sensor wiring grounding off the engine

nice. details on stroker? re: m20 TB - you can get bored out ones from a guy on E30zone - i did it to my old M325i and not a huge diff but increased throttle response. saying that - andy's running stock. go for torque, not power cool project dude!

Giant's are generally better value for money - you'll have a tough time buying from distriibutor since they generally don't sell to public. What you looking for spec wise?

agreed - light mild headwork if you can DIY and stay 2.5, otherwise put an M52 in there, unless you really want to keep the m20. If you want the M20 - go 3L. It's tough. Decide a budget and a realistic goal and work back from there
