dude chill..its just another car..its his cost if anything goes wrong! sorry cant be of much help..try s14.net forums for any help they can offer...dont imagine its hugely different (although their site dont seem to be working at the mo) although TDC is easy to find on block, and since you may as well rebuild head while ya their it doesnt really matter as you will put it back together at TDC

i dearly hope you havent done the above...you will ruin the control arm unless you lucky whack the side of the part of the strut that the thread inserts into...might take a bit but the shock will whack it loose eventually else use a pickle fork ($30 from repco or something) or a proper balljoint separator ($$) but the first method works fine

51mm 320's and 318's usually have smaller, 45mm ones. different shock attachment too the way i do is 51mm housings i can only just fit my hand around...45mm ones i fit around easily ...

direzzas rock and a little wider is a little better no? esp if cheaper. 215/40 looks fine on an e30

-
why not just buy yourself a 325 5spd? much better option than wasting $$ on a 320
-
they have SLIGHTly smaller capacity than a 318...v small difference though..prob more a 1.7?
-
thanks will haha if you still stuck on, get some big ass waterpump expandable plier things and grab the pulley with them..with appropriate spanner should come off easily
-
might be able to get it warrantied, after they offered impressed so far, will see how it turns out

about a year or so? including 3-4 track days i imagine? was pretty rough on it on friday, yet still...shouldnt really be doing that...happy with them nonetheless performance wise
-
anyone had any problem with these? after the track on friday I have an odd knocking..further investigation reveals the black bracket part that goes in the lollipop has fallen out, leaving the purple urethane part all alone have contacted powerflex and waiting for reply as I would like to buy them separately and need some other bits n bobs...a pain in the ass though and an odd problem
