No idea! not particularly powerful, nor reliable. Look good when kitted but v hard to find kits for. Handle ok once some $$ been thrown at suspension. No idea why i am on my fourth!

well thats what i thought, either that or bushes. apparently the guy replaced the starter and its doing the same thing? unless both buggered?

i recently did a 5spd swap, and had problems with the starter. sounded exactly like when my bushes on the started went, but apparently the starter is fine, but its not meshing with the flywheel properly. any reason why? As far as i know both auto/manual are identical. i don't really see how i could have put it on wrong so that it drives fine but wont mesh in properly...if it was in wrong, it would be in wrong and be a lot worse? any thoughts? Pain in ass

depends what you want to spend, and how much power you want? once you got those goals in mind, its a bit easier to recommend stuff personally, i dont find the m20 N/A awfully tunable (as in bolt on stuff...your not going to get a lot of power) and even the strokers dont seem to make that much power unless you go nuts ($$) could recommend a lotta things, depending what you want!

haha it wont gain you anywhere near enough to worry an auto box..with the slushie you will prob hardly notice the gains...but it makes sense enough if your replacing cam anyway

they are smaller rotors...is he not using the ones in the bottom pic? the mounted ones are stock rotors drilled and slotted

um, buy new ones? there to protect spark plug wires, and reduce under bonnet temps the factory put em there, why wouldnt you (yes i dont subscribe to this all the time)

for me if i was to do an SR20det as opposed to an m20 turbo, it would be for a few reasons mainly, weight distribution. 350 hp 4 cylinder. dream would be an s14 turbo, but finding one, then turboing it....$$ and relatively cheap...i dont want mega power, but 350 hp (reliable) sounds good to me...it would be more expensive than an m20 turbo, probably more reliable power but has better weight distribution.
