OLLIE 26 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 Ok this could go in the barrel for wankiest thread but .... We office workers (broad term) sit in out chairs a lot and posture is a very important thing for our health, i think it is not an unwise decision to invest a good amount in your furniture, so .... I bought myself a formway life chair - visit the formway website it's pimp spec and i love it, especially the lumbar support which seems to be solving my lower back problems by preventing slouching. What is everyone else rolling on in their office?

Grant 4 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 (edited) I have a non-descript average office chair with what I guess is a lovely 80's or early 90's fabric on it, it is semi stuffed and if I recline, it reclines a too far back (I guess it has a stuffed spring or somesuch) - just right for sleeping...whoops I mean being deep in thought!! I have a short attention span anyway, and can't sit for too long in one go anyway so it doesn't bother me, if I want another one, I would wander around the building and nick someone elses. Edit...I actually had a closer look at my chair this morning - it is not stuffed at all, and one quick movement of one lever, and the back was suddenly fixed. In fact my chair is damned comfortable upon closer inspection and evaluation, and now that I have taken the time to get it "set up" just right for me. Cheers Grant Edited May 1, 2007 by Grant

ThreeOneEight 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 Haha, yes definitely a wankiest thread ever candidate, you just need some thick black rimmed glasses, a chai latte and a turtleneck to go with your flashy chair, designer boy! But worthy of mention- they are exceptionally comfortable. I actually went to the launch of the Formway Chair, sadly enough. A proud moment in Lower Hutt industry. At least the catering was decent. BMW POWER 2 Report post Posted May 2, 2007 (edited) My office (school haha) tends to have a generic school chair. While comfortable and affordable, not to metnion adhering to school colours, we tend to lean back on them and temporarily snap them. They then go back at to place seeing as they are plastic! Goes something like this: Edited May 2, 2007 by BMW Power
