They have crash tests and test drives of more "real life" cars. Top Gear is all about showing what it can be done when you have expensive cars and $$$ to burn to make a car program. Top Gear = "Maxim/FHM" 5th Gear = "Brass" BMI = "Blacks on Blondes" EDIT: If you have a HD TV or a good sized widescreen monitor you HAVE to get the Top Gear Polar Special (in HD).
