Too late now, but I think we should run a 2009 calender of BimmerSport Member's hawt BMWs... we would all vote for the various cars that should be entered, maybe commercial sponsorship of certain months/pages to reduce the cost...

Surely in a year we should have some mint E30s finished, and ALOT of other models!

Post your opinions (& prehaps Shelly could sponsor with some models!?)...

I know of other car clubs that do this, but we can do it better (not only due to the content).

Would be nice to have the main car + interior, engine shot etc in the corners or whatever + just the model name and maybe owner?

Deffinately do-able, and with enough publicity, very viable imo.

theres a few of us on here that like low cars each to there own you dont like it we dont care so what if its a 318 on cutties or a 7 virtually on the ground thats how we like it and yeh we do things on the cheap some of us dont have 2500 to spend on adjusties

we drive slow , we ride low , we dont care , thats the way it is sorry if i affend the hardcore guys on here that beleave lowering a car more than 20 is slamed , or if we compress springs rather that spend 2500

as i sed each to there own

It could be a good way for the club to generate some coin, cause I'm sure there must be some expense's for bimmersport.

Or you could invest it in Nicaragua, from the emails they send me it sounds like there's some serious money to be made there.

I agree, this is a great place and costs nothing to us..would be a good thing to get a few $$ for bimmersport and give the forum sponsers some advertising for all the help and advice they give members day in day out.

I would happily pay $30 for a good calender.
