And advised a proper check as we suspected a leaking head gasket. Came in yesterday and this is the result...TERMINAL The head is away getting checked.. probably a waste of time. Just curious - was the head gasket leaking and the cracked block a result (6 months later), or was the block cracked and giving you symptoms of a leaking head gasket at the first inspection??? So far nothing is available except for a long block from EMD @ $ 6000 +GST + fitting + all the extras +GST And the cars only worth about $3,000.... why would you ???
