1989 SA 325i - Nearly complete

Recommended Posts

Hi all

I've been polishing away since getting another project to play with...this was Penry's old car. I've replaced a few parts and cleaned up the seats, so its nearly there...just the OBC light, aerial and brake wear indicator to fix and then fit some clear indicators.

My old BBS RS from #14 have been fitted with Toyo T1R's from Zenetti.

Old dash is out...thanks to Skidz for the instructions, new car mats...thanks to Grant and misc. trim thanks to Flux...quite a Bimmersport team effort :)

Starting to look good and its finally broken the 100,000kms barrier! Who knows by Summer I'll have finished and will need to sell so I can buy something else :) I just love cleaning cars hehe

Cheers

Paul

That's looking really mint Paul. Love the RS's... so classic. My father had a car exactly the same but with bottlecaps, wish he never sold it.

If you get sick of it, drop me a PM. ;)

looks nice , why doesn't every one take one of these sth african cars and turn them into this .

there are a few around , black on black with recaros etc .

my freind has one that i helped him get just like this .

converting to a 5spd , swapping out cooked engine for a 2.7L with hartge head and headers etc 16" hartge wheels .

hartge body kit to go on etc ,.

should be nice when finished

BBS RS are 15x7 with an ET24 offset, perfect for the BMW and rubbing at all.

I did

You've done a good job bringing those seats into spec. Mine are due for their 6 monthly resto.

Top cars these SA 325i's.

That looks great nice work. As Martyn said, great to see it going to a place where it is continuing to be looked after nicely.

Nice, like the leather.

These Jap import cars are very well specked.

Looking great Paul.. Something about black E30's!

The Pics make me regret not buying this car when I had the chance ;)
