jjs 64 Report post Posted February 19, 2009 88 325i manual coming up at Turners for $1,200 - $1,800 No pics yet, so am not sure if it is a FL. Link
Jamez 2147483647 Report post Posted February 19, 2009 1988 would suggest its a fl and lol at the $900 my definition of goes is, does not overheat, does not burn oil, pretty much i wouldn't have to replace the engine withen a few km, dont care about shot suspension or tires or shitty paint job really just want something to get round in as the e30 racecar is kinda loosing its appeal as a daily especially in hot whether

Jamez 2147483647 Report post Posted February 20, 2009 kinda odd being a
Guest FrantiC Report post Posted February 20, 2009 kinda odd being a 88 Something to do with build dates vs production date.. I think if it had a build date of 11 - 12/87 the model was sold as an 88 model. So forth with the 1st couple months into 88 before they actually facelift and changed the bumpers, taillights etc.
Silver Fox 43 Report post Posted February 20, 2009 Date of reg is always after date of manufacture obviously, so just depends how long it sat around before getting reged.
JiB 0 Report post Posted February 20, 2009 You're young! Harden up! It'll be winter again soon. Stripped E30's are in fact quite comfortable in winter That trans tunnel = nice and toasty. $2000 is quite low...I got my PFL for that much..auto though
huff3r 347 Report post Posted February 20, 2009 lol, i ended up getting a jappa for a daily with more power than my e30... wanted turbo, or big engine but all the bmws i looked at were a bit too old and dodgy, what can i say... i like comforts (cupholders! )
Driftit 2078 Report post Posted February 20, 2009 Get a 320 and dump a 325 motor in it. There is your cheap runaround. Picked up a FL 325 motor the other day for $200.
