amuses2k 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2009 Thanks for the warm welcome guys. In terms of mods, I don't think I'll do any... Might get it lowered with Coilovers at some stage, but I don't think I actaully need to. We'll see... hehehehe. One day I might wake up on the wrong side of the bed and go out on a shopping spree! hybrid 1044 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 Welcome. For your m3 there are some quite nice suspension options around. However I think what jono is alluring too is as a out of the box car 90% of people out there wont get to use the extra performace a harder / lower coil over setup will bring. I will say one thing without wanting to blow my own trumpt, around taupo last year a couple of us e46 330i guy (myself and david bryce) where running circles around a few of the standard m3's there. We both have coilovers and uprated sway bars. Some options to look into when your ready. KW v3 / v2 (what I run) http://kw-suspension.com/en/30_Products/20...overs/index.php H&R Premiums / RSS clubs http://www.hrsprings.com/products/coil-overs Bilstein PSS9 Coilover (David Bryces) http://www.digitalperformance.com/bilstein....php#streetperf Or start steping into the higher end. Guest Ari Gold Report post Posted March 11, 2009 It's a brave colour for sure! Reminds me of the good ole days (seventies) when anything from the Motorsport factory automatically had an acid induced paintjob.

JiB 2 Report post Posted March 17, 2009 Hello Jonathan, LOL! You'll wonder who I am, but try to recall people you knew who had a silverstone S2000... OMG Young! New car looks brilliant. I see you are keeping to the high powered NA RWD's Lol, small world, I borrowed some bits off the guy who bought your car (am using AP1 brakes in my track hack, it's also gunmetal and has SE37K's now I come to think about it...talk about coincidence). P.S. Take me for a thrash in the M3 'cos you never got round to giving me a ride in the S2k. P.P.S. This would be very embarrassing if you are not in fact Young.
