brockie123 31 Report post Posted August 31, 2009 Keep seeing a grey E30 coupe with gold centred wheels and nicely lowered in the Burnside/Ilam area, and I bet they keep seeing a silver tech1, wonder if they are on here? i always see this guy! and we always stare at each others cars. quite a mint looking e30 for what little appears to be done to it.. he really pulls those wheels off. They have a lot of presence, IMO they have got to be the Motorsport, have looked at buying anther since selling ours but it wasn’t the M-Sport and just looked bland, amazing what a body kit can do. I spot E30’s all the time and most give you the E30 nod. It’s like the nod of knowing. Even being stuck in traffic in an E30 is still fun! This is my mate Alan Thomas's car. Very nice and very rare. Not many in this colour combo, nor this condition. Alan is an oracle on BMW and has a lovely collection of classic BMW's. I was pulling out of the shell while the car turned into the shops. Carjam says it has a 2700 cc rating... it's also an '86 model. Anyway, it was very tidy!
