Shady 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) Jamex springs. About 2" drop. Camera sitting on the ground. Some others have their even lower. I want to take mine down more, alot more. Will get a side shot with it on 14s if sunny tomorrow. Edited November 12, 2009 by Shady
e30ftw 410 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) Jamex Superlows. About 95mm front chassis, rear was legal however. Good amount of wheel tuck. Very much undriveable though, guard rub on most driveways needed to 'crab' hardout. Exhaust scrape on speed bumps ettc. *Glenn* 854 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 The lowest point on any E30 or E36 in the front is at the chassis rail just behind the caster bush mounting point
Forrest 35 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Eibach 60mm fronts, 40mm rears with no rear spring pads. I am about bang on 100mm at the front chassis rail.

*Glenn* 854 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 i doubt he'll get a pink sticker for only 5mm You can... and you will get failed for 95mm by a LVI if hes doing his job properly as well. 100mm is the legal standard not 95mm

*Glenn* 854 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Survive does not = legal We should only be promoting legal modifications on the forum

tibbs.james 1 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) Eibach 35mm Lowered Front & rear I think the Sump was 120mm from the ground. ( sorry I don't know the other measurements ) And it still looked jacked up higher than my Hilux does currently Edited November 12, 2009 by Jimmy
ED1RTY 2 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) I was running whiteline super lows all round and Boge turbo shortened shocks. Running 16" wheels with 205/40 rubber brought the Rear suspension crossmember mounts to 85mm off the ground and the lowest point in front was 90mm off the ground. I had been green stickered for that.. But when i went to LTNZ to get it taken off they passed as i still had a suffice amount of suspension travel and they deemed the car safe for use. Without a cert.. Soo i guess some people just don't do there jobs as well as they should. Although in saying that had a run bigger tyres or when the car was on 17" wheels the car was raised to 105 and 110mm respectively. Only pic i have with clearances Edited November 12, 2009 by KSMYRS
Matty104 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 (edited) As above. Howd you get away with those heights? I'm just not silly about it, i don't go hooning around looking for trouble, i drive like its a sunday, had my days of being an idiot, now i just cruise. i just pick'd up some bilsteins for the front of my car and some new shock mounts so i'd say this will raise me a touch. edit:photo Edited November 12, 2009 by Matty104
