mark247 39 Report post Posted February 13, 2010 Some of the cheapest shops on pricespy are rather dodgy from what I've been told. A few friends have had issues.
Jamez 2147483647 Report post Posted February 13, 2010 Some of the cheapest shops on pricespy are rather dodgy from what I've been told. A few friends have had issues. +1, I will usually end up paying a couple more cents in some cases to buy from a shop I have dealt with before, like Playtech
deeveus 81 Report post Posted February 14, 2010 As a retailer I hate this site with a passion! We've luckily never been quoted against it, but one thing I will bring up with this is that there's a hell of alot of floater businesses that come and go because they can't afford to absorb their low margins which creates warranty issues, I've heard of huge wait times for products to arrive and I've also heard of suppliers supplying cheap non-original rip off brands. It's buyer beware, I'd suggest for those who do use it to atleast stick with a larger or known retailer because paying that little bit extra can sometimes be a whole lot more beneficial. mtech1e30 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2010 If you don't like the new pricespy start using http://www.gearbot.co.nz/ Its like the old pricespy, in fact, its creator made it when pricespy changed out of frustration from using the new pricespy.
