bmw335i 16 Report post Posted February 14, 2010 Does anyone in auckland have a good towrope i can borrow asap? my dad cracked his sump in the e36 in whangamata and ill need to tow him back if the temperary fix doesnt work. im in east auckland, so the closer the better. thanks guys. I've got a few container straps, I've repeatedly used them to tow cars and hoist an engine out of a car, they're the sort of straps they use to tie things down on the backs of trucks etc. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bmw335i 16 Report post Posted February 15, 2010 thanks for the help guys. the towrope we got was a thick f***er and did the job. towd by my uncles ute. got the e36 home at 130am did disconect the driveshaft from the diff and tied it up to the exhaust. sump guard for an e36? are they a factory item? thanks guys.
