Gotheschu 1 Report post Posted September 1, 2011 Been at the workshop at 5.30 in the morning most days getting it going. Pretty happy with how much I've done when this time last year I didn't know how to change the oil etc. Never would have thought I'd be able to strip and rebuild a whole engine. Anyway, here's some pictures of the engine that I think is unique to just me =) Will hopefully be at testing on Sunday if I can get it running by tomorrow night =D Then off to be wrapped in graphics on Monday then its being towed to Taupo by another Ginger =) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Gotheschu 1 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 (edited) So cranked motor over today and got no response. Sorted a few wiring issues and got starter going. Compression sounds sweet so motor I think is good. But sounds as if it has no spark.... So I pulled a plug and lead out and cranked and I saw a spark but once in its as if theres nothing. Unplugged coil and no difference. =/ Fuel Pump is priming so its not fuel. And Plugs are wet when I pull them out so I know I have fuel. So I think it might be bad plugs.... Any Ideas?
