The guy that owns the one from the article is good mates with my Dad. It is absolutely stunning in person, he is coming to check mine out in a few weeks, it will pale in comparison

LEGEND. haha will have to get him to see what he thinks of mine  he'll probably have a heart attack

the e30 is more than 25yrs old so it is considered 'classic' as in age-wise

^ exactly, cars are for driving, not polishing! :D

Its a mint E30 though, too mint?

My e30 is 26 years old, been a "classic" for a year now. Its got chunks of rust falling out of it, so its gotta be a classic.

LOL

Did you guys not see this coming?

:D Gotcha. My car will have an Sxx engine in it one day, and will always remain completely stock on the outside. So I don't feel like too much of a d*ck.

I think the number of unmolested and original M325's is rapidly diminishing. These will fetch the best coin in the long run

That would be officially for the purposes of importation and registration I expect.

The mag is describing M325 as a future classic no?

88 M325 as a future classic.

I dont think there is a an actual age when it becomes a classic. Always thought over 25 is classic, and over 45 is vintage, but i may be wrong ;)

It's true. No one likes the pre-facelifts anyway though.

Latest (November) Classic car is an E30/BMW Bonanza too ;)

BMW Club article, and a couple of targa E30's on the cover.

I dunno, in terms of M325is I prefer the pre-facelift. I think they will become the classic.

Not much of a fan of the Tech IIs, I think the standard body with a lip looks nicer.
