I admire everyone that makes this community what it is and would like to take a moment to give a shout out to the members that aren't so mechanically inclined, don't work on bimmers for a living, don't race, mod or have the money or knowledge to have "project cars".

I thought I would update you guys on my bimmer I acquired in June thanks to the help of you guys and John especially.

this is what it is now. Nothing special. But it hasn't crashed, and it's in much better nic now then it was 6 months ago.

I'm sure this car will stay in the bimmer community for awhile to come

It would be great to know the stories of the other amateur members here that just enjoy their bimmer and like to see them maintained.
