BBS RS on TM

Recommended Posts

Moving house and can't be bothered moving too much sh*t - out they go!

Someone WILL own them and their car will be killin' it! Don't let it be someone else and kick yourself later. Get amongst it!

RS 033 4x100 with WIDE lips.

@DrphTa - yep brand new caps as well. Minty fresh!

@Blackie - cheers dude! Your set is off the chain - I'm sure they will always be worth a mint. Not doing any more wheels after the current lot as nothing in it so you should be safe. :D

@E30-323ti - no nothing like that sorry.

Anyone know a price on getting someone to re drill these 5x114.3's into e36 stud pattern?

I think its quite cheap, like 40 dollars a wheel. But IMO E36s need 17s, 16s look too small

16's will look fine.

They will stick out 93.95mm and 81.25mm from the hub face.

To give you an example of how other wheels fit. All the 8 inch style 5's you see posted around the place stick out 81.6mm.

If you'd like the stance look you'll be able to make them fit with the right amount of camber and stretch.

^ That last shot shows how much extra guard work needs to be done to make them fit. They are definitely not factory, and looking at the tyre you can't legally run that much stretch here in NZ :)

Yep alot of work involved in making a 16" wheel look good on an e36. If I was to guess, Id say thats a 225 or 215 on a 8.5. Minimum on a 8.5" is 245. Correct Johno?

unless the tyre company specifies that the tyre is ok for a wider wheel

I've got no idea what offset the linked wheels are.

I'm not overly familiar with BMWs but I think the 16's would be a sweet set with a redrill for E24 or E28.

I just Google image searched "BMW E28 BBS RS" and it made my pants all lumpy! :P

Would you take a lower price on the second set outside Trademe?

How much would it be to get another set of lips made in say 3" to suit these?

Cheers

Possibly depending on the offer - drop me a PM or give me a call/text on 021 717 199

You can get lips made but I'd probably just order some off the shelf from overseas and save the hassle.

I have 5 RS's for my e28, I just think I need wider lips for them and some lower profile tyres.

By any off chance do you have spare 16" lips at the moment?
