Lets hope it has a few more things in common with the E30 that the model number designation... some originality for a start.

Hmmmm, seems a bit watered. However most didnt like the e9x series when it came out .. Not sure I like the design of the standard coupes (bar the m3)

Vanilla is a flavour too :P

Kinda hard to get excited about any new car atm.

Probably be a hybrid. Turbo fours/electric steering/efficient dynamics zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

Looks very nice as far as I can make out.

I just hope the headlight grille design actually looks good, unlike the 7 series and 5 series which have both been oddly vulgar.

To be honest new BMWs just don't seem to look as good as before I like new Audi A4 much more than this. But then you still won't get bmw feel in Audis I guess.

Talking about new BMW’s, cruising south bound this morning I was passed by a X1, X3, X5, 335d and a 5###, all brand new in Black with all the options and TMBMW plates, was quite an impressive convoy, made me feel very poverty stricken in my 1985 1.3 Corolla.
