Worse crashes, in terms of human fatalities, occur every day around the world but are not reported to the same level. Says a lot about the world today, sad. Allanw 1071 Report post Posted December 6, 2011 My Wifes cousin was on a Ferrari club event in Italy a few years back. He was doing about 220km/h when he came upon some flashing lights. Another member had been travelling at 300km/h and had a tyre blow! He didn't hit anything, but the tyre destroyed the rear corner of the car. I was more talking about how it's been reported on things like the BBC covering it.Found a translated version of the news report which talks about some of the drivers going to hospital, but no-one seriously hurt.
