Surely there is some sort of dis-connect between the brain and the mouth here, lots of words coming out but nothing making any sense? Mind you I have been in that situation before, usually caused by alcohol, maybe he was p!ssed? As for the car - Xhibit and Pimp My Ride has obviously got a spin off show "Pimp My Ride DIY Disasters" which this guy is aiming for?
