Palazzo 477 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) I have an E36 coupe with staggered M Contours, fitted with correct size (225/45/17, 245/40/17) tyres. Today the WOF man advised me that the fronts are rubbing on full lock (just, which I new). He advised me that spacers may be needed, which sounds like a solution to a problem which shouldn't exist. Any ideas on why I am getting rubbing (is there an M3 suspension component I'm missing) or what to do? Cheers. Edited March 12, 2012 by Palazzo

Palazzo 477 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) Width, 7.5 and 8.5. Offset, no idea, they're factory wheels so whatever that is. Will have to check whereit's rubbing, I assume on the inside edge, but we all know what assumption is..... Edited March 12, 2012 by Palazzo

E30-323ti 66 Report post Posted March 13, 2012 He advised me that spacers may be needed, which sounds like a solution to a problem which shouldn't exist. Don't suppose he cared to mention you would also then need a LVVTA cert for the spacers. +1 +2 (Have a set in my E30)
Palazzo 477 Report post Posted March 13, 2012 No, no mention of LVVTA.... Looks like an order from the USA, any ideas on shipping cost/time?
