NZLSAF 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2012 Im sure you've seen something like this before, whats with people that post irrelevant photos when selling things on trademe, be it photos of a rug when selling a house, or this person who puts images of the auto shifter and the window switch... how does this help sell the item... http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-469904839.htm
dubman 39 Report post Posted May 6, 2012 its a decent camera at least... i think the person was emphasising their Ghia fetish. Seriously, the person was trying a bit hard to be artistic and sell the emotional aspects of that Ford
Allanw 1071 Report post Posted May 6, 2012 I think it's a good idea when selling a Focus... "Look at these pictures of all the crap that hasn't broken off yet" Clearly it's a good one, because most of the stuff on a Ford that age will have broken off or stopped working
NZ BMW 368 Report post Posted May 6, 2012 Guess it shows there is no wear on the buttons which is consistent with the age and mileage, along with the car being in good condition. Generally my initial impression of a car (or any item) with lots of photos on Trademe is that it must be well looked after. A person who takes the time to document something fully is better than the person who puts up one or two photos and writes; "in good condition". NZLSAF 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2012 I think the real question is, why is OP looking at a ford focus ghia? When a family member is looking to buy a new focus and doesnt know the difference. Nice to see high quality snaps but switches and badges dont cry out quality motoring to me..
