MISS BM 712 Report post Posted June 11, 2014 Want to Buy: E46 M3 - Considering most colours - Not Pheonix Yellow.. - Ideally be SMG, with the potential to look at some manuals. - Must be 2003 or newer (Facelift) - Less than 130,000kms - Well Looked after, excellent condition. Went to purchase the 2005 M3 on trade me, however someone beat us too it when we had it booked in for a scan.. So am opening up options to look again. Genuine Buyers, not time wasters, but we are looking for something nice so will be picky.

Tristan 338 Report post Posted June 11, 2014 (edited) Why not the grey on posted here and tm? Totally. That is an awesome car. The exhaust sounds awesome, is on super light APEX wheels, AutoSolutions (the best) Short shifter kit already fitted, KW V2 coilovers, AND all the parts to return to OEM. Keeper for sure. http://bimmersport.co.nz/topic/47001-eoi-e46-m3-manual/ Edited June 11, 2014 by T.J

Unless manual is absolutely off the cards I wouldn't disregard Kevin's car, and I'm sure he'd have no problems with a scan. Car is nearby to Ray as well. No matter which car, he'll be thrilled with the E46 M3!! Should've kept mine!

This one was Silver 2005, had it booked in for a scan yesterday but due to power outage, wasn't able to do it, and car then sold this morning. Too slow! Will certainly be keeping eyes peeled, but for those who like Audi's, his one is on Trade Me and I most certainly can vouch for it

2001e46M3 1 Report post Posted June 12, 2014 I waited for years to find the right car for me, I was only looking for a manual version which were much harder to find than the SMG, and of course the price had to be right Having patience is the key, the right one is out there.

MISS BM 712 Report post Posted June 12, 2014 Any rough budget ? Would he consider year 2002 ? Yes, given it has had maintenance and Subframe work done.. Around the $30k mark, however if he goes any higher he is taking his mind over to E60 M5.. Flying to Wellington to look at a few M5's, but ideally he wants an M3. qube 3570 Report post Posted June 12, 2014 M5... fuel guzzler.... hope he has deep pockets.. 30k is quite a reasonable budget for a e46 m3 i reckon.

Woah Catwoman, put your claws away before you break a nail. Whats the bonus with SMG? Apart from that obvious vroomracecar feel ( which I bet is awesome )
