M5V8 337 Report post Posted September 15, 2014 I said i'd never do it.... but a change in circumstances means she's reluctantly up for sale. I'm posting this here first, because I want her to go to a good BMW enthusiast home as it's always had. And, funds willing, I can still track her down to buy her back sometime in the future. October it will go up on trademe as I'm looking to source a X6 from the UK which should hopefully arrive at the end of the year. PM me if you are interested or would like more info. M5V8 337 Report post Posted September 16, 2014 cheers fellas. yeah I'll but sad to see her go after nearly 7 years together. She's been the best car I've ever owned. Period. But life changes things....and this doesn't suit my family moving forward. Need something with ground clearance and a bigger boot. Even the wife's car's getting switched out. (going to the dark side). Onwards and upwards. working on some X6 goodness..... V8 with twin hairdryers

jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted September 16, 2014 Doesn't need to be a dream. Mine's been relatively cheap so far (excluding the non essentials my wife/bank manager/etc are complaining about!). Come for a drive sometime. Are you up in Auckland properly now?

Come for a drive sometime. Are you up in Auckland properly now? Yep we are settled now. Hence the sorting out of vehicles. I'd love to ride in a 850. Would be my second time, 1st time was in 1991. jeffbebe 1559 Report post Posted September 16, 2014 Ah, I get it. You've got to swap for an Oxford Green 7er with beige leather. Drop me a line if you're ever over Ponsonby way. I'll pm my number.
M5V8 337 Report post Posted September 16, 2014 Cool. Oxford green. that does sound nice. And comfortable. A beige interior would go well with my new favourite pants.
