gjm 3258 Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Expensive. (Controversial, I know.) An auto sedan would need to be mint for that price, and this one is far from it.
qube 3570 Report post Posted May 20, 2020 you'd think its expensive but this will sell at or near that price for sure. a 1984 320i coupe popped up the other day and was withdrawn within 24 hours at $6999 asking price. was nowhere near mint and nothing special at all but hey its an e30. Driftit 2093 Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Said it before. Glad I got to play with these when they were cheap.
qube 3570 Report post Posted May 20, 2020 yep.. its pretty crazy to think that a 30 year old potential rust-mobile with quarter million mileage demands the higher price as a well sorted E46/E39 or similar price to a nice E90/E87..

Pricing on this particular car seems a bit much but i don't think its crazy given supply and demand, after all they are the last 3 series in the classical BMW era. Those cars are far removed from E30 ownership experience, someone spending a chunk of change on an E30 these days probably isn't interested in those cars this reason. Sammo 2550 Report post Posted May 24, 2020 A good looking 325i manual sedan popped up with a kit and ACS wheels for similar money. Actually, yesterday a bunch of older manual BMWs popped up on TM....
