2001 330ci value?

Recommended Posts

I'd value it at 7-7.5K if it was certed ($900 but should fly through) - but then I am always looking for a bargain that I couldnt do myself for cheaper. If I were to put any $ value on my time it would be worth way more.

Its certtainly a nice build especially with the front end and its mostly documented on his youtube channel too https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEHX-qg0jmNHB-aanqbMLdw/videos You coudnt ask for more when it comes to knowing what you are getting

I'd probably stick a 325ti front swaytbar in it and a 330i muffler with exhaust valve delete but would have to see how it is with the one he has in it first

It'll be interesting to see what this msport goes for, shame about the seats and the color (why did BMW make so many silver e46 lol). ABS issue as well which shouldn't be too hard to fix

I quite like that too, but seems a little steep to me.

I don't think I've seen a decent 330ci manual go for less in the past year TBH

I've seen a few go around 8.5. The front guards on this one are more pumped that the rear which looks a little odd imo.

Its an odd car, kind of seems like it was much loved / had plenty spent a few years ago but has been a bit neglected for a while

Yeah I think I saw that on auto insider last week, really nice, love that interior color. A manual is definitely outside my budget sadly ... and you'll probably think I'm nuts but most of my driving is around Auckland so an auto makes the most sense anyway.  As long as it's the msport package with the multifunction wheel and isn't silver I'm happy haha

I see there is already a wrecker sniffing around in the questions. Heck if it has good tires on I'd get it just for the wheels and tyres as I need some tires for mine.

If its still available next weekend at around that price I may go have a look - but will want to buy it on the spot if I think its worthwhile - not interested in bidding against a bunch of fake profiles.

Out of curiosity, did you end up looking at the black one? It goes in 12 hours https://www.trademe.co.nz/2812324467

No didn't end up getting there. I see seller has withdrawn the auction before it closed. The bids actually looked more genuine on this one than most similar auctions.

No way Id get into bidding against people with 1 and -1 feedback ?

That's dumb, why didn't they just list it with a reserve lol. The seller didn't seem to realise how likely it was the engine was cooked

This is one of those retirement cars Im always looking for..

Woah, 1 owner E46... that's a long time to hold onto a car these days. Condition, at least cosmetically, looks great. Definitely worth a look if you're after an E46.

Man that's so tidy. Wonder if it's had the cooling system/suspension done? If it been serviced regularly at the dealer you'd assume they would pick stuff up. He says he's been offered 9k for it too. Does that seem a little steep for an auto? Be interesting to see what it goes for.

This 325i msport is pretty tempting as well

THat looks just as sharp if you're not set on a 3 liter.

Plus wont need to bring it up from down south

You are kinda spoilt for choice atm I reckon.

Remember the deal of the century comes along every other week

@sjbglobal have you seen this one on Facebook?

I dig the green TBH but may not be for everyone.

166km, Msport, looks pretty tidy.

Yeah I'm not too sure about the green but it does look pretty tidy.

Thoughts on this one? It closes in 12 hours and it's only up to 1250. Not my first choice but if it goes for like 2k or something it could be a fun do up.

How much would you expect an abs/asc module to cost? Also I've seen places in the US that make whole new genuine leather seat covers like lseat, would definitely make the interior look better. Think it has the msport multifunction wheel.

I don't have Facebook and even with a link cannot see the vehicles without setting one up. I suspect they are limiting their market this way.
