Seeing if there's any interest in this old girl. Was our old tow rig but I've since bought a ute. Full service history, needs an oil change and a new alternator or battery. Started going into limp mode and aircon pump stopped working right before we discovered the alternator/battery issue, which might explain it. Aircon was fully re-gassed this year. Front lip is back on (not very well). Paint is peeling off in places, see pics. Interior is pretty good, screen has the usual spots. Located in Waipu, will need to be trailered I guess. Spent today fixing squeaky doors and door cards, and going over all the seals with gummi pflege, so now that’s all done is super quiet inside. also got AC working again. I was just retarded and didn’t read the instructions correctly

The timing chains themselves are usually reusable in most cases, failed chain guides the will cause an obvious rattle. Tensioners also go bad and a loss of pressure\rattle at cold start which accelerates the wear. You usually do the guides etc as preventative maintenance. Not too hard with the correct tools @hqstu has the tools and has done a few of them.

That's on to it. Hadn't thought of splitting wheels to get around the duty charges. I'll keep that in mind for future orders. I've got a genuine set lined up to purchase soon from a forum member who reached out to me after seeing this thread. Was close to getting the reps staggered like yours.
