Well, after a bit of thinking and a wave of abuse from M3 fans, I have regrouped and come up with a new plan. My M3 is withdrawn from the market. Don't be like that Glenn! It'll happen - they seem to come up on TM a couple times a year. Phil - the car was imported from Japan late in 2008, I believe November but I would have to check. It went through rigorous compliance and sold to me in Christchurch. It has been a labour of love and a goal for many years to own one but I think I timed it wrong by about a year or two. I guess you cease the opportunity when it presents itself knowing that they don't come along like this very often. One owner, 45000kms and in good honest condition for its age. It had all the green lights when I found it and has even more going for it now. And being legitimately road registered you could potentially use it as a daily. It really is something else to own one!!

It does look familiar...yes its mine. Like the advert says, hugely reluctant sale however various personal reasons prompt its sale. Give me another year and I'll have another. Someone's going to get a bloody good car though!

Anyone looking for some tyres go no further. I have some as new Toyo tyres in my garage that need selling: 235 45 R17s with full tread depth - they even have the little stripe within the tread pattern. Good size for your E34 5 series but check to be sure. Looking for about $250 for all four!! PM if your keen

Not to play devils advocate here but I still think that black leather would look better on anthricite. The darker the car, the better white leather looks. If you do get them mate, keep them clean (Ive seen the state of your car ;-)) !! You've done well so far mate, what ever you do will look mean.

Saw a stunning E30 320i touring M tech 2 on TM. If it pops up again, buy it. Its stunning

Seen it.. Its rubbish. Even for a 325i. Good looking paint though but far... FAR from an M3. Id much prefer an M Tech 2 325i. At least your not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes.
