    No1 is a bit of a worry. What comes back after codes are cleared ? No2 $500 No3 $250 to replace the wiring harness & another $200-250 for the receiver if needed. The wiring loom is a supercession

    The cheapest way to convert a E46 Auto to manual is : Buy an Auto $10-15,000... Buy a Manual E46 $15,000 -$25,000 & swap number plates... Or I can supply a list of parts that would cost between $10 & $15,000 and do it for about $7-$10,ooo Labour Depending on vehicle options, control units, wiring looms Etc.
