ive had a 165/50R15 hop off the bead of a 8inch rim when i went over a very slight bump in the road ended up buckling my rim.

yeeap were all standing round the computer at the mo laughing at this. damm customers interupting our fun! ! !

ah yes i didnt think of that, only problem i have is i have to relocate the brake-booster, as the fluid gets extreamly hot with the turbo sitting right on it.

thats what heat-wrap is for ( and lots of it! ! ! )

yea that is true, but with the doc heads, better flow, 3L block, and a sizeable turbo the power to weight is deffinatly worth it. not to mention quite cheap for after-market parts and re-builds. i have foud for the cost its a lot cheaper for the Hp / fun gains than trying to do up a m20 2.7+t

if they are going to order a car off the road for suspission that it is illegal ie: too low or too loud, y not have it instantly tow'd to a vtnz and if it passes dont charge the driver! i have had my car pink and greened stickered for various things and every time i havnt changed a thing and got them removed by the vtnz the next day. exept for once failed check on control arm bushes, when car was pink stickered for no cert for modified suspension and being too low (had legal jamex superlows) and was correct hight, although looked very low due to body-kit. i realise its their job to ensure saftey on the road, but im just REALY anoyed when i have to pay a $600 fine and go and get a new w.o.f everytime when the car is fine just because i am a "Boy-Racer" and the police dosnt know just suspects! ! !

i've had my e30 318i well over the 240 mark. ( welll i didnt have a 1.8L bmw engine in it though) hehe

Conversion Kit Back up for sale. Ray was wanting a getrag 260 but we found it was only a getrag 240. anyone interested. let me know.

Forget the Chromies for the Homies, i think we should all invest in a set of grubby steel rims with the choice standard hub-caps! or for those wanting real street cred, get some chrome spinning hub-caps! ! ! although i still like the look of a nice set of Chrome rims on the larger bmw's. but dnt like them on the little 3series. each to their own.
