Do you literally just light the rubber on fire and wait for it to melt away? And then pull out the metal? Have been trying to avoid this, but have come to the conclusion that I have very minimal pacience with anything. Car is E30 325. Cheers Ashkan

Yeah I pulled the whole thing out as one too. Was alot easier than I thought it would be. Only problem we really ran into was rounding the allan key bolts on the side of the sill.

Have been attacking the sh*t out of it with a BFH but to no avail. Is there any real point in even taking them apart to swap the bushes in the subframe? I can't see any real reason to to be honest.

Is there an easy way to pull the axles out of the hub without having to bolt everything back together to stop it from spinning? Have removed it from the diff but can't seem to get it out of the hub. Am a bit reluctant to put it into a vice. After that nut comes off, do I just jam a dowel into it and smack it out? Any help would be mint Cheers Ashkan

You can also use Wattyl SPEE epoxy if you are doing it on the cheap. Costs under $50 a litre which will be plenty. Add silica sand to it to make it textured, but that will just make it get really dirty, really fast and probably start rubbing away. Etch prime anything that is bare metal otherwise it WILL peel in less than a year.

Cheers for taking for a drive last night Heath, was definitly an experience. Was really stunned at how much get up and go this thing has, and it stuck to the road superbly! That second spoiler does look alot better also IMO
