What about VW beetles, Fiat Bambinas and Hillman Imps, under the front bonnet. And then there's Charger's with their's in the middle at the back under the boot! HQ Holdens, behind the back number plate.

Oh, too easy. Gotta be done then if they like driving.

Pyes Pa, Tauranga - Rotorua is a cool road, as is the one down to Wanganui from Ohakune. A goody also is the western access road around the west side of Lake Taupo though a bit difficult to get over to from Rotorua.
-
OK, let's think about this. Must do's are 1. Coromandel 2. Rotovegas 3. Taupo 4. Central Plateau 5. Bay of Islands (although, had they planned to go up north?) Day 1, land in Auckland, travel around top of Coromandel through Coromandel Township, Whitianga and stay in Tairua or something. Day 2, travel to Rotorua via Whangamata, Tauranga, then to Ngongotaha via Pies Pa Rd then Rotorua. Day 3, Taupo and Central Plateau, stay in Ohakune. Day 4, Wanganui then Wgn via coast road. Day 5, back up through Mastrerton and Hawkes Bay, night in Napier. Day 6, back to Aucks. Day 7, BOI via plane!

pfffft, Territory is thge best car in the world. I only say that cos I', E30less at the moment. Hehe
-
Like the colour. IMO, keep the 15's on it, and spend your money by dropping it 40mm with some good springs. Make sure you get the shocks adjusted to suit if they need it otherwise, if they have internal bump stops like the Bilsteins, you'll bottom out too early.
-
Haha, in other words, yes it will devalue your E30, and don't sell them too cheap, they are worth a bit.
-
Better get the jigsaw out and make the Territory look like 600HP too
-
Replace the intake with an E28 535 one (I think) as it doesn't have the restrictor the 328i had. Also the restrictor in the air cleaner housing. Those mods give you 15-20 hp straight away apparently according to Rob at Bavarian.

Yep, I hear when guys prepare an E34 M5 for racing they remove approximately 50kg in wiring alone.

Anyone got a spare $55k for a Fairlady Z Roadster ?

Would you like rice with that sir? -
Is it Luxorbeige? If it is, Andrew just has to buy it!
-
Only one genuine one made by the factory for the boss of BMW

This guy is converting his written off E39 M5 into a touring using an E39 540 Touring donor. This is the wiring headache he had to sort out!! Full story here Interesting read

This is the only thing you should do to an E39 Touring E39 M5 Touring The only one in the world aparently

Each to their own I spose. IMO it's $5k more with the standard gear on it.

We have owned a '92 E36 325i for the past 6 years. It's a Jap import but had been here 5 years (1 owner) before we bought it. Mechanically it has been so so. Jatco gearbox went west and the replacement is not far behind it. Unfortunately, the software does not let you transplant with the Euro Borg Warner (I think) box. Nikasil is not an issue as far as I'm aware. Motor including Vanos has been bullet proof (touch wood) My advice, find a later model (95 onwards) NZ new one. The crap interior had been fixed by then. If you can stretch, everyone is saying go E46 if you can, once again, NZ new. Good luck.

TM Linkage The "Bouncy as a Bouncy Castle" quote really worries me! Have asked him if he still has the original wheels and suspension.

E39 M5's came down with a thump to $50-60k about a year ago, but seem to have held that $ for a while now.

Just got this reply from the stealer.

I'll put you in Ollie. Your postage is definitely on your side!

Yep, but oooohhhh so good. They were hand assembled and in 4 years of ownership and nearly 200,000 kms on the clock, mine didn't have so much as a rattle or squeak when I sold it 3 years ago.
