Ideally yes i would match shocks, but i have lowered 2 other cars on Kings only and they have been fine. I assume i have mtech/mtech equivalent shocks. Im only going low, not super low. Im wondering do i HAVE to change shocks too? (legal/springs wont fall out?)

If you can handle it, and sont HAVE to hang your screen on the wall, (which is extrmemly cool, and better viewing height), get a 100mhz widescreen phillips CRT. The picture will be so much better and at half the price. I have a 42" plasma and its good, in fact its wicked, but for the cash, id go CRT. My mates 32: LCD is also no good unless the input is super high quality.

Catalogue Do you need different shocks if you want to replace with lowered springs? Surely not?

BMWs too loud with exhaust IMO. They sound sweet with a stock/near stock system i reckon. Otherwise the exhaust note drowns out the engine note. Im pretty keen for a short shift kit too. Where would you go to have extractors installed? A mechanic or a muffler shop?

have had a mean 300mm Momo. Was thinking about a sportline as they are soooo much cheaper and i reckon very simliar in quality. My Momo cost me like $300 cost! Sportline im looking at $150 incl Boss kit.

Who's been loving that cold night air boost? "Just got a tune up, my shits all that." Service, new plugs, pod filter and its running sweet as. Not selling it now due to changed circumstances, so its getting: )New steering wheel )New exhaust tip, (chrome tips not new muffler) )sacking )Europlates (should come next week) )clear lights @ front )chip )extractors, if i can find them )tints Whos feeling that?

LCD sux, and PLasma aint so great either, if you want the best quality picture stick to old school CRT. You try watching compressed Sky with fast moving stuff on an LCD. There are heaps of decent all in ones for under a grand. Find a few you like, google them for reviews. Its the best you can do without owning the system itself.

The europlates from most of these sites have the number "0" with a little bit missig at the top. (SO it looks alot like the letter "O"). Anyone know of any site that has a font where the "0" has a line through it?

What exactelly does it do? Does it shorten your clutch travel? Anyone got one?

straight line to 100km m325i vs 318is?

cable tie is supporting it for now. i will get some sort of bracket going. The cable tie is taking the weight of the AFM atm.
-
look at the excellent line up with factory intake
-
will get some sort of bracket, cable tie works but obviously not ideal.
-
Agreed, but they do look quite convincing. Didnt realise e36 had quite big brakes

oh, was it only smoked. What about clears?

you'd just have to agree on the network, and we could real time chat. Or would it kill the forum?

It was cheaper for me to get a pod filter instead of a standard pannel, so i did. I will post pics later. Thing i have notice after driving about 20km. -Revs a bit free-er -Slightly better engine responce -Slightly more power in higher gears at higher revs -Sounds lounder/better at higher revs -Idle a bit rough. Very slight pulsing when warm. (Is this a timing/mixture thing? have mechanic to see) Assuming the idle is fixable, i would definately recommend it. Nightmares included that the standard nuts that come off the AFM are too wide to fit on the adapter, so i had to take another car and buy some more. The pod hangs/drops down. I fixed this by cable ties to the bracket. The standard intake tube that comes off the headlight aims perfectely at the filter. Pics soon
