I have found a second hand exhaust manifold. But i understand they changed mid 87? It is from a pre FL '87 325i. Is there anything i can look for to make sure it will fit my 1986 m325i? Cheers

Why can't you insure it?Insurance firms love me after a turbo.

Man that with a set of mean wheels, that could be one of the best looking e30s i have seen. Does it have a dogleg? Cause i reckon you'd want one. Has anyone seen this? It looks quite good. Interior could be better. Man I'd pay $9,500 for that (starting bid). Edit. Are gearboxes a common e30 problem? At under 150kms? Im on a bit more than that, and I have felt the laxative-like wallet draining effect of melting a g/box before

I hate full on branded race seats. So do e36 seats bolt right in? Or is their fabrication involved? I'd love some STI seats, (with no 'sti').

Are there any seats that can easily be fitted to an e30? Do you need a cert to change your seats? e30 sport seats are good, but if you could slap in some modern GSR seats say, that would be better i reckon. Latter BMW seats fit? Or is it all a mission/big $$$? I don't weld btw.

Any reports on how good these are yet? (Brake lines)

Early e36s aren't what i would call reliable, or cheap to fix. Gas isn't too bad in them. Toyota = boring but reliable. Cars really are a trade off between excitement and reliabilty. More of one equals less of the other. Unless its a v8 holden/ford, where Gas is the killer.

Haven't even really listened to St Anger. I'm "old school", (by todays standards) metal though, and this doco will kills all your metal fantasies! Drinking, womanising, lighting sh*t on fire etc. You know what i mean by heavy metal lifestyle.... *Slight spoiler* Never thought I would see they day where Metallica are in a therapy session with Dave Mustain, and they are all having a cry! My god. That was the highlight for me. I always thought Lars was a dick, but James is worse i reckon. $30k a month for their swindling therapist?!?!?! Oh and what about Lars' art sale? He's not interested in the money. hahaha! I enjoyed the film. And Justice for all... is still mean as, such a clean sound! Check out Anthony Kiedis' book, thats really good.

Whats the hardest compound, ie longest lasting '205' tyre? I wasted some cool looking falkens quick as. Now im not sure if ill get a warrent with my harder, (and more grippy surprisingly) Nankings. I dont really car about grip, just life. Maybe i need to get some patches, or gum perhaps? The new law hasn't help me cut down at all!

PS, is that bags or hydrolics?

My favourite is STI on Mitsi's. I don't hear anyone dissing people with toyota supra engines in BMWs or Mazda Rotory's in BMWs? Isn't that the exact same thing, but to the complete extreme?

not it is frustration!!It is just so boring and repetitive. Don't worry i will start one on my car, then you can pay your respects.
