As much as I would love it if you found another wheel haha... If you're ever in Tauranga and want to test them out on your car for an hour or so.. Mine are sitting unused in my garage for the next 3 weeks or so until I've finished getting all the stuff I want sorted on the E36 done. They're the 18x8 fitment with Dunlop SP Sport Max's

Those are the same wheels I'm putting on my E36 Coupe! $2600 with tyres right? 18x8 are what I'm going for. Check out the DTM's & Konigs at Magwarehouse, there's some hot wheels there.

Those photo's bought tears to my eyes. That poor Z3 must be in pain. I think that anyone saying that car's cool deserves an instant ban?

Used to be advertised in the NZPC mag a year or so back.. Ask at a glass place I guess! -
After a few decent talks with guys at Speedfactor and such, BMW's will generally benefit just as much if not more from a performance panel filter, opening up a bigger hole in the front of the factory airbox and ducting to it from the front bumper. Gives a deeper induction noise and everything you get from a pod filter, for less.

What are people's opinions on Native Instruments software? I'm a huge fan of the B4 (Hammond B3 Simulator, With about a bazillion features)

Yeh its not able to be registered. They just didn't put that up on the last auction! 14k M3 + a cage = better than that E30 series car they're asking 20k for. Think of it that way guys. That 328 is a good price but I'm looking to spend more than that.. and hopefully could get a Coupe with lower K's. For now.. just gonna keep saving for an M3 Evo..

Those Logitech G25's look like good fun. Which games have you played that let you use the clutch though? Gran Turismo 4 with a clutched manual option would be awesome.

Decent Espresso machine at work. 8 cups on a bad day haha. Don't drink much over summer though.

Currently at the Panelbeaters/Paint for the next 3-4 days getting bits of kit tightened up (there was about a cm gap between the top of the right hand sideskirt and the car) and having little pin dents taken out.. then having it touched up all over as there's a little sun fade on the paint on the back quarters. Will be looking mint by the end of the week. will get photo's up then.

Thought that was the deal for all M-Cars?
-
Haven't heard much about how the Turbo 318 is going in the last few weeks. So did you get the tuning problems sorted?
-
I'm a coupe man personally. And even I say.. Go for Andrew's 4 door.

That was probably the most amazing series of crashes I've ever seen. And then I got caught in a loop of 600hp Audi video's and people doing handbrake turns in their Peugoet 106's

Rofl at the dude that gets pawnt by the Viper.

I'm sure someone could make it fit. Where there's a will ( a sledgehammer and blowtorch doesn't hurt either) there's a way! Who needs a factory firewall There's been enough crazy things put in E30's. Any Idea's what this will go for? I'm guessing somewhere around 120k. There's a 1996 one on trademe now with an asking price of 205k.
-
40k+ On repairs alone. Unless you got the parts made locally (new bonnet, right front wing, bumper and lip), chassis damage, plus that right front wheel, suspension and probably brakes. (easy 10k on the wheel, suspension and brakes from what I know of Ferrari parts) Airbag hasn't gone off though, so that's always a good sign. Someone should make an E30 550. DO IT.

1996 Nissan Avenir GT (SR20DET awd) w/ Vero Full Cover (17yo, full license) $2350 1995 BMW 318iS w/ State Full Cover (18yo, Full License, Clean Record) $1450 w/ Glass Cover Wouldn't use Vero again. State or AMI =]
-
Whatever you do.. try and get rid of that dual mass! And yes, rev happy M50 = the win.

Rough price for the welder?
-
I've got full cover with State on my 1995 318iS Coupe. around $1450 p/a it worked out as (was expecting around the 2k mark but they gave me around a 30% discount for never making a claim before) I'm 18 and have my full license, paid for the car and insurance myself (just added 2k onto the purchase price of the car and told myself that's what it was going to cost) If you're going for insurance in a case like this, don't do it over the phone. Go INTO the insurance office and arrange an appointment to organise insurance, if you've got a clean driving record and no previous claims then it doesn't take much sweet talking to get decent cover.

The suspense.. and the refreshing the page every 15seconds is killing me. Sold. $1299.00 Reserve Was $400.

The way these guy's are bidding for them i'd think they may be real Alpina owner's! haha. Just reaching $1300 now. Bids go in in the last 6 seconds of the auction bumping it back up to 2 minutes again.
