Welcome, For the smoked tails, I believe they're legal as long as you can clearly make out the colour of the lights when they appear.

Wtb E39 drivers door master window switch panel thing. As the one pictured but obviously for a rhd and must have the button to fold the mirrors in and out. Would consider whole door card if don't want to part. Grey preferably. Cheers, Nick
