Maybe some has already seen this: This E39 has an auto fold up of mirrors when locked. When unlocked mirror unfolds automatically and the angel eyes also fade in and out in time with the interior lights. Has anyone on this site done this mod? Anyone know any places that can do this mod for me? Thanks

M5 all the way but all us M5 dreamers drive 528i

the problem is I can't find any atm... firestone just recommended doing tyre rotations regularly (switching rear tyres to front, etc)

I dont even know if my car is cambered... According to this site, my car is sitting a bit lower on the LF (The same and only wheel that didn't pass WOF as inside is too worn out) http://www.bmwdiy.info/suspension-survey/index.html Car was owned by a dealer as his private car and he said lowering with Bilsteins gives it a bit of camber? (or something along those lines)

Dinan Supercharger would be good for power but does come with a price.. I have a 528i and I would agree that its no slug but is a bit underpowered and it does need more power!

I took my car into Autotech in Christchurch for service a week ago and i also asked them to do an alignment for my wheels. They said they couldn't do it because my car was too low? My wheels look slightly cambered (front only) and are lowerd on Bilstein suspension. Anyone else had this problem before? I'm wearing the inside of my front tyres MUCH faster than the other ones

Being from Taiwan, I would say this is the "Beggar Edition" as most moderate income families can afford it without too much problem. In Asia not many people buy second hand cars and in most asian countries there is a HUGE tax on cars (200 - 250%) just for importing and tax to run every year (similar to rego in nz) according to engine size. People who drive BMW, Mercs, Audi are viewed as very rich people in asia. People there who buy these car usually buy the higher spec models (eg. X5, X6, 5, 6, 7) therefore people refer the lower spec models as "beggar edition"

if current bid price for the M5 was its buy now I would buy it in a heartbeat...

E39!! E39 look much classier and a bit newer.. very nice comfortable ride to drive... better than most cars nowadays I would dare say!
