I think i'd rather keep the insurance too .. i'd more than like spend my insurance fund if there was one ... Luckily for insuance my new windscreen is free .. and hassle free too ...

They said that they need the car for so long is because of the Airbags ...I don't really see the point ... ! I either had a choice of 3pm till 8am or 7:30am till 5pm .. i wouldn't be able to get home if it was 3-8 ...

Now why would i wanna hide that CD ... I have no shame in owning that CD ... I don't really find the mounting very ugly .. so will just see what glass they put on ... Now i will soon also have a scratch free and stone chip free windscreen ... there was soo much on there before .....

Luckily it is covered by insurance ... I won't have my car for the whole day on thursday ... from 7:30am till 5pm ... ugh .. sucks .... Just an indication .. the crack goes past halfway of the windscreen ..

I was driving on the motorway into town this morning to go to class, and a truck was coming the other way ... suddenly there was this really loud BANG, it gave me a BIG fright! ... I knew it was a stonechip but i couldn't really see where it was ... After i arrived at uni i had discovered there was a fairly big stone chip ... approx 15cm in cracks ... After my 2 hour lecture i came back to my car to discovered the crack has now grown to approx 35cms!!!!!! And since then the crack has grown by approx 2cm .. I've taken a picture of it at night time...... 14hours after it happened ...

Yes there is such a thing as motor sport kit .... Hell .. my car has the motorsport kit ... but everyone see's the badge (just ///M)on the boot always asks whether it's an M3 ... i always have to explain the difference ... It was funny when this random guy did think it was an M3 .. cause on my registration just says BMW compact M ... lol ..

Well maybe since he/she is looking at 316 anyway i don't think speed is a factor ...

Well on the american or NZ ltsa website .. i can't remember which ... it explained that all HID vehicles need to spray jets to get the dust particles off the lense so that light doesn't get refracted/reflected onto on coming vehicles ...But i still don't get how it's gonna do that and why it's NEEDED !!!

Basically all the top model cars have them ... In the bmw all cars can get it optioned tho ... i got it done .. and i had to get optional compulsary spray jets .. hahah ...

well no they are not manufactured with max performance in mind .. that is why with tiny little tweaks in the likes of GTR can have such big boost of power ... they actually detune all the sports car to fall within a certain HP limit ...Where as us BMW cars require a lot more effort for the same 100hp or whatever ..

You'll probably find that they have designed with max performance in mind already ... thats why the factory ones are designed better than japa's ..
