LoL, thats probably a little far away for me to go for a dyno. Any one in the local area want a dyno, i could arrange a dyno day down in Dunners, there will be just alittle charge only, as it's a close friend that owns a dyno.

Nah, it's the filter and muffler, we dynoed it stock at 162KW, and now it's 169KW.

Just put the Remus muffler on today, it is super quiet but has increase the power by 7KW at the wheels. It looks sexy

Trademe auction has finished, details below: 16" Original BMW Wheels with 2/3rds tire tread left. These originated from an 2001 E39 5 Series BMW. 225/55/16 Potensa G3 rear and Potensa at the front. The wheels are in quite good condition, just minor stone chips and no curbing what so ever. These tires have had about 3000KM-5000KM use out of them so far. $500 ono.

Sold for close to $1K. Unfortunatly he has already direct deposited the money into my account tonight already. I did post it up as soon as i posted it up on trademe !!!!!! However i haven't posted it to the guy yet, hehe, offers over $1000 ? hehe... Got till morning. Sold as is!

Yeah i'm still getting about the same amount of sleep as i'm used to, I'll keep you updated on the remus after it is installed.

Nice ride, we used to have an 750i same shape with 18" wheels and that also had heaps of power and was really nice to drive.

Hey, nice car. I don't think i have ever noticed your car around before. Looks like it's been maintained pretty well I drive a silver E39 with fairly dark tinted windows, and soon to have 19" mags on it, if ya see me give us a toot.

I've just changed to an Blitz Filter for my E39, dynoed at a difference of 2.7kw. The factory one was really restrictive on the E39, it also sounds nicer now. And that inc custom adaptor was only about $300 installed.

Yeah, the E39 is awesome, much more powerful than the E46 and a lot more optioned, and a lot more aftermarket parts!! But their both just as easy to drive. But i still miss the E46 because it looked so much more sportier. However it was just not practical enough for babies, being a 2 door only.

Yeah they are great, we were lucky enough to get given 3 new/near new E60 530i's.
