Anyone from here planning on bidding? Im so keen but dont have the space Dam townhouse complex with 1 park! Would be quite neat owning an E30 & E36 318is! Were they all motorsports? What makes it a motorsport?
-
Well done. Like the dramatic Music. Dam that car is/was nice! I much prefered the BBS CH's on it.
-
Thanks very much. After doing a bit of research I found it will work on all E39's up to 1998. Cheers
-
Sorry, not any longer. Was 2 months ago!. Have a look, im sure there are plenty on there.
-
What was your reasoning for using the dealers plate anyway?
-
Question (Maybe for Glen?): Will the above draper tool fit a 1997 bmw e39 525i? All it states is that it works on all vehicles 1986-1998. From what I have read, did the plug fitment change after 1998? Sorry not up with the play on 5ers Cheers Brett

Ha ha, no worries mate. Going to keep an eye on the exchange rate over the next week or so.
-
Saw this pop up on trade me last night. Didnt take long to hit the reserve! Going to be interesting to see what price it finishes at.
-
^^^ Pretty much what I thought. Cheers for you help Nick. Gotta start saving. 50c a week into the old post office bank book should get me there by 2020

Right click to pause the game. Wait 50 seconds then resume. Thats how you cheat at it.

I dont see a problem with driving with the front fogs on. I do it, but obviously not on sunny days. As for the rears, they are killer bright! The only time I use them is when someone is tailgating me. They soon get the message when I hit the back the truck off button!
-
With a group buy will there only be a discount on the postage? If so its probably more trouble than its worth?
-
These: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-221865886.htm No point buying a full set when you already have the front and sides.
-
Cheers Nick, much appreciated. Looks like ill be going for the same as you then. Seems the better option IMO. I dont think $260 delivered to the door is all that bad. Just need that USD to rise a little more
-
Lookings way better Nick! But I am bias Loose the orange rears and get some clears and it will look the bizz

Thanks Nick. I was actually waiting for you response By the sounds of it you have done a fair bit of research on this topic. Im tending to sway towards the Orion V2 standard 6000k like yourself. I like the idea of not having to worry about ballasts! Liking the lifetime warrenty and the fact you dont have to sillicon the angel eyes to the light anymore. Do our cars have Euro Ellipsoids as this is the only option for E36's. I take it the $139.98 price is in USD? Any idea what the shipping cost is?

I know the whole angel eyes thing has been done to death on here but I would really like some help on what is the best brand/type to get. After doing a bit of research it looks like Umnitza might be the best brand to go for, correct? Have been on their site and found there are a number of different options available ranging in price but im unsure what to go for. What im after is a quality product, not cheap $100 trade me rubbish thats not going to wear out or look like crap in no time. I really want to get as close to an OEM look as possible. If anyone has any advice or photos of their angel eyes I would be keen to see how they turned out. BTW the car is a 95 E36 318is. Cheers Brett
