  15. My e30 325 with a lsd diff has a whine to it. I noticed it more recently as I was driving around with the back seats out. Its pretty constant and gets louder the faster I go, I'm assuming its coming from the diff. I also think the diff is leaking as there is a constant wetish patch on the spare wheel well. Does anyone have any ideas as to what exactly it might be? Is my diff stuffed and where is a good priced place that could service it in Auckland? And is it bad to keep driving around with it like that?
  16. So I have a valve cover stud in the top of my head which is horrifically stuck. We tried welding nuts onto it but no success. So then we tried an easy out which split the side of the stud. So now I am at the stage were I need to remove the head and fix it somehow. What is my best option? - get it machined out from m6 to m8? - use some sorta helicoil..I don't no much about them? - other suggestions...?
  17. Hi guys, I need to replace my valve cover studs which are m6x35. Is there anywhere in Auckland where i could get some with internal hex heads just to make insertion and removal a heap easier..like this pic cheers
